3.5   Account Non-Transferability. Your jq101 account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account, any balance held therein, or any rights or obligations arising thereunder to any third party.

4. Account Security

4.1   You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jq101 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party.

16.3   If a dispute cannot be resolved through jq101's internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with the relevant PAGCOR regulations. Where PAGCOR resolution is not applicable or available, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
